Before you write: quick answers & fixes
My invite link won't open. Shared invitation links stay active until 2 days after the party date and then retire automatically. If a link has an issue before your event, email us the link and we'll inspect it immediately.
How do I view or update my Guest RSVPs? When guests finish the game, they submit their name, Yes/No attendance, guest count, and notes directly on the victory invitation card. If you need help exporting your RSVP list or customizing your RSVP questions, email us your invite code or link.
I paid the $4.99 promo ($14.99 MSRP) or used a coupon code, and need my share link again. Email us your PayPal/Venmo transaction ID (or the child's name and party date entered on the invitation) and we will restore your share link and QR code the same day.
