Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-10. These terms are written in plain English so every parent and host knows exactly how Invitatu works.

1. What you get

Invitatu provides online platformer games and interactive birthday invitation tools "as is." Designing characters and playing every level is free. Sharing a customized invitation link, QR code, and built-in Guest RSVP form with guests requires a one-time share unlock — currently offered at a $4.99 promotional price (regularly $14.99 MSRP) per invitation via PayPal, Venmo, Pay Later, or Debit/Credit Card, or unlocked via a valid promotional coupon code. If you ever lose your share link, contact support with your payment receipt or party details and we will help restore it.

2. Invitations, Guest RSVPs, and expiry

Shared invitation links stay active until 2 days after the party date entered at creation, after which they automatically expire. Guests who open your shared link can play the game and submit their RSVP (Guest Name, Yes/No attendance, guest count, and optional dietary/guest notes). Do not enter sensitive personal data beyond what a birthday party invitation requires. You are responsible for the invitation text you create and for sharing your link only with intended guests.

3. Acceptable use

Be a good neighbor on the web: no automated scraping of the games or APIs, no attempts to bypass the checkout gate or abuse promo codes, no submitting spam RSVPs, and no entering unlawful or harmful content in invitation or RSVP fields. We may rate-limit or remove abusive content to protect everyone else's parties.

4. Payments, coupon codes, and refunds

Payments are processed securely via PayPal (supporting PayPal balance, Venmo, Pay Later, and major debit/credit cards). Promotional coupon codes may be applied at checkout prior to payment and have no cash value. Because the share unlock is digital and immediate, we generally do not refund an unlock after the invitation has been actively shared with guests — however, if the service failed you (e.g., a technical issue we could not resolve, a duplicate charge, or an accidental purchase prior to sharing), email support@invitatu.app within 14 days and we will make it right, including issuing a full refund where warranted. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

5. Intellectual property

The games, characters, artwork, music, levels, and code are original works of Invitatu. You may share your invitation link and QR code freely with your guests — that is the whole point — but you may not copy, resell, or rehost the game engine itself. Your party details and RSVP guest list belong to you.

6. Liability

We run Invitatu diligently, but the service is provided without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitatu's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation unlock.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Invitatu means you accept the current terms.
